Any referral or introduction to a licensed contractor through our LEDinventory.com referral program is provided as a convenience only. The referred contractor operates as an independent third-party business entity and is not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of LEDinventory.com. LEDinventory.com exercises no control or direction over the means, methods, or actual physical performance of the installation work. LEDinventory.com assumes no liability, responsibility, or warranty for the acts, omissions, workmanship, scheduling, or performance of the referred contractor, and any claims or disputes related to the installation services must be resolved directly between Customer and the contractor.
